Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must be currently residing in Bahrain, available for immediate joining, and possess a good understanding of Bahrain labor law and HR administrative processes. The HR Coordinator will support daily HR operations, employee documentation, recruitment coordination, and compliance-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and onboarding new hires.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and related HR reports.
- Support visa processing, work permit renewals, and employee documentation requirements.
- Ensure HR processes comply with Bahrain labor law and company policies.
- Assist in employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding procedures.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Generate HR reports and maintain accurate records for management review.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, HR administration, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Bahrain labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Currently residing in Bahrain.
- Available for immediate joining.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HRMS or HR software systems.
- Familiarity with visa processing and employee relations.
