HR Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must be currently residing in Bahrain, available for immediate joining, and possess a good understanding of Bahrain labor law and HR administrative processes. The HR Coordinator will support daily HR operations, employee documentation, recruitment coordination, and compliance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and onboarding new hires.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and related HR reports.
  • Support visa processing, work permit renewals, and employee documentation requirements.
  • Ensure HR processes comply with Bahrain labor law and company policies.
  • Assist in employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding procedures.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Generate HR reports and maintain accurate records for management review.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, HR administration, or a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of Bahrain labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Currently residing in Bahrain.
  • Available for immediate joining.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HRMS or HR software systems.
  • Familiarity with visa processing and employee relations.
