HR Coordinator - Direct Hire $23 per hour

HOURS: 8am - 4:30pm

  • Education, knowledge or skill requirements
  • Prefer 5 years’ of human resource experience
  • Extensive knowledge of computer applications (Excel, Word)
  • Working knowledge of Paychex a plus!
  • Skills in organization, prioritization, and attention to detail is a must

Summary of essential job functions

We are seeking an experienced professional HR Coordinator Administrative Assistant who can manage the payroll preparation process, process first line of new candidate approvals, process new hire paperwork and enter new employees into Paychex, has a good understanding of payroll practices including garnishments and unemployment’s responses, assist with benefit enrollment, run various reports and payroll related analysis, audit temporary staffing and benefit invoices along with any other project assigned to by the HR Manager. Ideal candidate should have experience with Paychex payroll processing, benefits with multiple carriers, annual benefit census compilation, current state laws, be a team player with a positive attitude and willing to expand their skill set. Strong written and verbal skills required along with proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

There will also be some operational administrative duties.

  • Deviation Reviews (Tally sheets
  • E-Bridge
  • Filing, BOL’s, Invoices, HR paperwork, etc.
  • Compliance audits
  • Pull sheets and shortages
  • Translations
  • Training
