HR Coordinator - Recruitment & Onboarding Role - Eco Drive Driving School

Eco Drive Driving School is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join its team in Dubai Industrial City. This role focuses on high-volume recruitment, onboarding, and visa processing, with additional support to HR operations when required.

HR Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment:
  • Manage full recruitment cycle: job postings, CV screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Build talent pipelines for driving instructors and support staff.
Onboarding:
  • Issue offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Conduct new employee orientation.
Visa Processing:
  • Handle full visa process (MOHRE, GDRFA, medical, Emirates ID).
  • Coordinate with PRO for timely processing.
HR Support (Secondary)
  • Maintain employee records.
  • Assist with payroll inputs (attendance, leave, new hires).
  • Respond to employee queries (visa status, leave balance).
  • Support RTA permit tracking and engagement activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • 2-3 years UAE experience in recruitment and visa processing.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa procedures.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
  • Experience in high-volume hiring (50+ hires/month).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
