We’re Hiring: HR Coordinator (Technical Recruiter (Onsite)
Job Level: Mid-Level
Industry: Medical Billing & IT Services
Location: Asghar Mall, Rawalpindi
Shift Timing: 5:30 PM – 02:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for technical and healthcare roles Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms Screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews. Maintaining recruitment data and hiring reports. Ensuring timely closure of open positions.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or HR Recruiter. Strong understanding of Medical Billing & IT hirings. Active LinkedIn presence with 5,000+ followers Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work in night shift.
