Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Coordinator – Training & Development to support the planning, coordination, and execution of employee learning and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR leadership, department managers, and employees to ensure effective training delivery, maintain training records, and contribute to the organization's talent development objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer employee training and development programs.
- Assist in identifying training needs through collaboration with department heads and HR stakeholders.
- Schedule and organize training sessions, workshops, onboarding programs, and learning events.
- Coordinate with internal trainers, external vendors, and subject matter experts.
- Maintain training calendars, attendance records, certifications, and employee learning databases.
- Track training completion, compliance requirements, and employee development progress.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, communications, and evaluation forms.
- Collect participant feedback and assist in measuring training effectiveness.
- Generate reports and dashboards related to training activities and learning metrics.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Assist in the implementation and administration of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning platforms.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, learning standards, and regulatory training requirements.
- Support broader HR initiatives and employee engagement activities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and record-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple training programs and deadlines simultaneously.
