Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administrator or related field
- Minimum 2 years UAE experience in a similar role
- Proven expertise in payroll processing: Ability to manage end-to-end payroll functions, ensuring accurate and timely payroll for employees.
- Familiarity with UAE labor law
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software and payroll platforms
