About the Role:
We are hiring an HR & CRM Executive with hands-on experience in Zoho CRM. The role will be a mix of managing HR operations and ensuring smooth CRM workflows. You will support recruitment, employee engagement, and also handle lead tracking and reporting through Zoho.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and assist in HR operations.
- Handle lead entries, updates, and tracking in Zoho CRM.
- Generate reports and dashboards for management.
- Coordinate between HR, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
Requirements:
- Experience in HR functions (recruitment, employee management).
- Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask across HR and CRM responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
