About the Role:
We are hiring an HR & CRM Executive with hands-on experience in Zoho CRM. The role will be a mix of managing HR operations and ensuring smooth CRM workflows. You will support recruitment, employee engagement, and also handle lead tracking and reporting through Zoho.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and assist in HR operations.
  • Handle lead entries, updates, and tracking in Zoho CRM.
  • Generate reports and dashboards for management.
  • Coordinate between HR, Sales, and Operations teams.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.

Requirements:

  • Experience in HR functions (recruitment, employee management).
  • Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask across HR and CRM responsibilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
