Shift Timings: 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM | Night Shift

Job Description:
Biztek Apps is looking for an energetic and people-focused HR Culture & Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening workplace culture, improving employee engagement, and supporting learning and development initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote a positive, professional, and engaging workplace culture
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities
• Support training and development programs for employees
• Assist in onboarding and employee experience improvement
• Help identify culture gaps and suggest improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with teams to improve communication and collaboration
• Maintain HR records related to development and engagement activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in HR, culture building, employee engagement, or learning & development preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a night shift environment
• Professional attitude with a people-first mindset
