We are hiring a proactive and organized HR cum Admin with minimum 1 year of UAE real estate experience. The candidate must be familiar with real estate documentation, HR procedures, and day-to-day office administration.

Key Responsibilities :

Real Estate Administration:

  • Prepare and manage Form A, Form B, Form F, and all RERA-required documents
  • Handle tenancy contracts, EJARI, and all property paperwork
  • Upload and update listings on Bayut, Property Finder, and Dubizzle
  • Maintain organized property files, agreements, and client documentation
  • Assist agents with sales, rental, transfer documentation, and NOC coordination
  • Communicate with developers for broker registration, booking forms, and updates

HR & Admin Duties:

  • Handle hiring: post job ads, screen CVs, schedule interviews, support onboarding
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documents
  • Maintain staff attendance, leave records, and personal files
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and internal communication
  • Manage office supplies, documentation, and overall office coordination
  • Maintain organized records and assist management with administrative needs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of UAE Real Estate experience
  • Strong knowledge of Form A, B, F, EJARI & RERA processes
  • Experience in HR support + basic hiring
  • Familiarity with real estate portals & CRM systems
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and admin tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
