Location: Downtown, Dubai

Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, HR files, and ensure all documents are updated (contracts, IDs, visas, etc.).
  • Handle payroll preparation, attendance monitoring, and leave management.
  • Support performance management processes and coordinate training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Process employee requests regarding HR-related matters.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations, supplies, stationery, and office maintenance.
  • Prepare letters, memos, reports, and other official documents.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication (emails, calls, couriers).
  • Support management with scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Maintain confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks related to real estate projects (filing, documentation, follow-ups, updating project trackers).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of HR and administrative experience (real estate experience is an advantage).
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
