Location: Downtown, Dubai
Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including job posting, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and ensure all documents are updated (contracts, IDs, visas, etc.).
- Handle payroll preparation, attendance monitoring, and leave management.
- Support performance management processes and coordinate training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Process employee requests regarding HR-related matters.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Manage office operations, supplies, stationery, and office maintenance.
- Prepare letters, memos, reports, and other official documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication (emails, calls, couriers).
- Support management with scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Maintain confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with general administrative tasks related to real estate projects (filing, documentation, follow-ups, updating project trackers).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of HR and administrative experience (real estate experience is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
