Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & HR Activities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups).
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.
Administrative & Coordination Work:
- Manage and update Director’s calendar, meetings, and schedules.
- Maintain vehicle insurance records, renewal dates, and coordination.
- Assist in vehicle servicing and related follow-ups.
- Support HR in daily administrative and compliance-related activities.
General Responsibilities:
- Maintain proper records and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams when required.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Handle confidential information responsibly
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in HR & Admin role.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and administration.
- Proficient in MS Office.
