Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & HR Activities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups).
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.

Administrative & Coordination Work:

  • Manage and update Director’s calendar, meetings, and schedules.
  • Maintain vehicle insurance records, renewal dates, and coordination.
  • Assist in vehicle servicing and related follow-ups.
  • Support HR in daily administrative and compliance-related activities.

General Responsibilities:

  • Maintain proper records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams when required.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Handle confidential information responsibly

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in HR & Admin role.

  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and administration.
  • Proficient in MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
