- Manpower planning as per department requirement
- Screening resumes and coordinating interviews
- Issuing offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities
- Employee induction and onboarding process
- Maintaining attendance, leave, and shift records
- Verifying attendance for payroll processing
- Coordinating with accounts/payroll team for salary preparation
- Managing office supplies and stationery
- Vendor coordination (housekeeping, security, maintenance, etc.)
- Asset management and records maintenance
- Office cleanliness, safety, and infrastructure support
- Handling utility bills (electricity, water, internet, phone)
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Vehicle, travel, and accommodation arrangements (if applicable)
