  • Manpower planning as per department requirement
  • Screening resumes and coordinating interviews
  • Issuing offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities
  • Employee induction and onboarding process
  • Maintaining attendance, leave, and shift records
  • Verifying attendance for payroll processing
  • Coordinating with accounts/payroll team for salary preparation
  • Managing office supplies and stationery
  • Vendor coordination (housekeeping, security, maintenance, etc.)
  • Asset management and records maintenance
  • Office cleanliness, safety, and infrastructure support
  • Handling utility bills (electricity, water, internet, phone)
  • Coordinating repairs and maintenance
  • Vehicle, travel, and accommodation arrangements (if applicable)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
