HR cum Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support in onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Coordinate attendance, leave, and shift data for payroll processing.
  • Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR reports and trackers as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years experience in HR operations or generalist role.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, and compliance.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
