Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support in onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Coordinate attendance, leave, and shift data for payroll processing.
- Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and trackers as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years experience in HR operations or generalist role.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, and compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
