2. Job Purpose
To establish and manage all HR systems, ensure manpower compliance, improve employee performance, handle recruitment for all units, and support smooth administrative operations across the Rice Mill, Dairy Unit, Bricks Unit, and Corporate Office.

3. Key Responsibilities
A. Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviews, reference checks.
- Hire Sales Manager, Senior Accountant, Operators, and other roles as needed.
- Prepare Job Descriptions for every position.
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, and documentation of new employees.

B. Attendance, Payroll & HR Systems
- Implement and manage attendance system (biometric or app-based).
- Maintain leave records, overtime, shift rosters.
- Collect monthly attendance data for payroll processing.
- Ensure timely preparation of employee records, letters, and HR forms.

C. HR Compliance & Labour Law
- Maintain statutory registers: PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act records.
- Coordinate with government departments for inspections and compliance.
- Maintain employee master database and ensure documentation accuracy.

D. Performance Management
- Create KRAs/KPIs for all employees (operations, production, accounts, sales).
- Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews with managers.
- Implement warning notices, appraisal systems, and employee discipline process.

E. Employee Relations & Welfare
- Handle grievances and workplace issues professionally.
- Build a positive culture and motivate employees.
- Manage rules, policies, and code of conduct within the workplace.
- Monitor work behaviour, punctuality, and discipline of staff.

F. Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain office administration—supplies, housekeeping, security, vendor handling.
- Manage company vehicles, fuel logs, and driver schedules.
- Assist in petty cash management with proper documentation.
- Support management with business coordination and documentation.

4. Skills & Competencies Required
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and labour laws.
- Good communication and people-handling skills.
- Strong recruitment skills and ability to hire efficiently.
- Ability to create and implement systems (attendance, KRA/KPI, HR policies).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HR documentation, and reporting.
- High discipline, confidentiality, and ownership attitude.

- Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA in HR preferred)
- HR certification is a plus, not mandatory.

- 6 days a week
- Travel occasionally to plant units for HR audits and manpower review

- HR systems (attendance, leave, payroll support) implemented within 30–60 days.
- Recruitment of key positions completed within timelines.
- All employees have KRAs/KPIs and monthly reviews.
- Reduction in manpower issues and improvement in discipline.
- Compliance fully maintained for all units.
