Responsibilities

  • Manage job postings, interviews, new joiner formalities, and employee induction.
  • Maintain daily attendance, leave records, and support payroll processing.
  • Handle client calls, messages, and emails; maintain professional communication at all times.
  • Share quotations, MOUs, and updates; follow up on client approvals, payments, and feedback.
  • Liaise with design, site, and accounts teams to ensure project updates and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain CRM trackers, client interaction logs, and prepare periodic HR and CRM reports.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining a professional office environment.
  • Serve as the point of contact for HR-related queries and ensure smooth internal communication.
  • Support management in implementing disciplinary actions or counseling when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
