Job Description for
HR ROLES & RESPONSIBILTY
* Responsible for handling recruitment from executive level to top level.
* Responsible for Attendance & Leave management
* Resolve grievances or queries that of the employees have Responsible for joining formality to Exit formality process
* Computation of salary and handing statutory compliance
* Employee engagement initiatives for better employee connect
* Design various HR policies and ensure its implementation
* Maintain the HR database
* Take care of training part of employees
* Daily reports from team
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ROLES & RESPONSIBILTY
* Handling Day to Day Office
Administration Activities.
* Taking care of office infrastructure in IT, and entire housekeeping.
* Admin procurement of Sundry Items for Business Purposes.
* Travel management
* Monitor the systems, processes and report
* Assist MD in his work
* Maintain general filing system and file correspondence. Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings & conferences.
* Provide administrative support day to day works.
* Any other tasks as assigned by management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
