HR cum Front Desk Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an HR & Front Desk Executive. This dual-role position is ideal for a fresher who is eager to start their career by gaining hands-on experience in both Human Resources and Front Office Management.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
  • Handle courier, dispatch, and front-office supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.

HR Support

  • Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support HR team in recruitment activities (scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates).
  • Assist in attendance management and leave tracking.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, presentable personality, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Human resources management: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Front desk: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
