Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and people-oriented HR cum Office Administrator to join our vibrant and expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling core HR functions, managing day-to-day administrative operations, and creating a positive, efficient, and engaging workplace environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for supporting both people and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, leave management systems, and documentation.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company culture initiatives.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, team-building events, and internal communication updates.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR support with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Assist in performance evaluation processes and probation confirmations.
- Maintain compliance with labour laws and company HR standards.
Office Administration Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Handle reception duties, incoming communication, and internal coordination.
- Support scheduling of meetings, office events, travel arrangements, and facility management tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across office spaces by coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Manage documentation, filing, purchase orders, invoices, and administrative records.
- Assist management with administrative tasks, reporting, and operational planning.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and record-keeping.
- Proficiency with basic MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Problem-solving ability with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Basic understanding of labour laws and HR compliance.
Qualifications
- 06–12 months of experience in HR, office administration, or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with tight deadlines.
