The HR and Operations Trainee will support both the Human Resources and Operations departments in daily activities, documentation, coordination, and process improvement. This role is designed to provide hands-on learning in HR practices and operational management while contributing to the company’s efficiency and employee engagement.

1. Human Resources Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding: posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new employee inductions.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management in HR systems.
  • Support preparation of HR letters, ID cards, and other employee documents.
  • Help in planning and executing employee engagement activities and internal communication.
  • Assist with performance appraisal data collection and training coordination.
  • Maintain confidential HR files and support compliance documentation (PF, ESI, etc.).
  • Coordinate with employees for queries related to HR policies and procedures.

2. Operations Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily operations coordination between departments.
  • Support in inventory tracking, logistics coordination, and vendor management.
  • Ensure timely order updates, reporting, and follow-ups with sales or field teams.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports, trackers, and operational documentation.
  • Coordinate with distributors, retailers, or clients (if applicable) for smooth workflow.
  • Support the Operations Manager in process audits and workflow optimization.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.

3. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to HR and operations.
  • Maintain records of staff attendance, training sessions, and performance data.
  • Assist in data analysis and presentation for management meetings.

4. Learning & Development

  • Participate in structured training sessions across HR, Operations, and Administration.
  • Gain hands-on experience with HRMS, ERP, or reporting tools used by the organization.
  • Take initiative in identifying process improvements and suggesting practical solutions.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Basic understanding of HR and operational workflows.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Education & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of relevant internship experience preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
