The HR and Operations Trainee will support both the Human Resources and Operations departments in daily activities, documentation, coordination, and process improvement. This role is designed to provide hands-on learning in HR practices and operational management while contributing to the company’s efficiency and employee engagement.
1. Human Resources Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding: posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new employee inductions.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management in HR systems.
- Support preparation of HR letters, ID cards, and other employee documents.
- Help in planning and executing employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Assist with performance appraisal data collection and training coordination.
- Maintain confidential HR files and support compliance documentation (PF, ESI, etc.).
- Coordinate with employees for queries related to HR policies and procedures.
2. Operations Responsibilities
- Assist in daily operations coordination between departments.
- Support in inventory tracking, logistics coordination, and vendor management.
- Ensure timely order updates, reporting, and follow-ups with sales or field teams.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, trackers, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate with distributors, retailers, or clients (if applicable) for smooth workflow.
- Support the Operations Manager in process audits and workflow optimization.
- Handle administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
3. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to HR and operations.
- Maintain records of staff attendance, training sessions, and performance data.
- Assist in data analysis and presentation for management meetings.
4. Learning & Development
- Participate in structured training sessions across HR, Operations, and Administration.
- Gain hands-on experience with HRMS, ERP, or reporting tools used by the organization.
- Take initiative in identifying process improvements and suggesting practical solutions.

Education & Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of relevant internship experience preferred.
