1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the full recruitment cycle — job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
- Maintain and update job descriptions and organizational charts.
2. Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
- Promote positive employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Support disciplinary actions and conflict resolution processes.
3. Performance Management
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
- Monitor employee performance and support managers with performance improvement plans.
- Align performance metrics with company goals and values.
4. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and organize development programs.
- Support career growth and succession planning initiatives.
5. Compensation & Benefits
- Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Participate in salary reviews and benchmarking.
6. Compliance & HR Administration
- Maintain employee records (both digital and physical).
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, policies, and HR best practices.
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and documentation as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- years of experience in HR or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tools.
