HR cum PRO – Abu Dhabi

Job Brief

Are you a national with hands-on experience in Human Resources and Public Relations Officer (PRO) functions within the UAE?
Do you have strong working knowledge of UAE labor laws, government portals, visa processing, and employee relations?

If you are confident in managing end-to-end HR operations while independently handling government and immigration-related activities, then you are the one we are looking for.

This role is based in Abu Dhabi and requires regular coordination with UAE government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation.
  • Support recruitment activities, interview coordination, and offer documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company HR policies.
  • Maintain and update employee files (physical and digital).
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leave, and benefits.
  • Assist in performance management, probation confirmations, and HR reporting.
  • Coordinate with management on HR-related initiatives and employee engagement.

PRO Responsibilities

  • Handle all government-related processes including:
  • Employment visas
  • Emirates ID
  • Medical tests
  • Labor cards
  • Tawjeeh & Tasheel services
  • Liaise with MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, ADNOC-related portals (if applicable), and other government entities.
  • Process visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and status changes.
  • Track visa expiries and ensure timely renewals.
  • Coordinate with employees and departments for document collection and submissions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all PRO-related transactions and approvals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or any related field.
  • Must be a National
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a HR cum PRO role within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and government procedures.
  • Experience working with MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, Tasheel, and Tawjeeh.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
