ey Responsibilities:Reception Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.

HR Duties:

  • Assist in recruitment processes (scheduling interviews, collecting resumes).
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Assist with attendance tracking and leave management.
  • Support in organizing employee engagement activities/events.
  • Help prepare HR letters (offer letters, experience letters, etc.).
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR or Business preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR/Admin/Receptionist roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and handle office equipment (phones, printers, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic understanding of HR policies and labor laws.
  • Experience with HR software or HRMS is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
