ey Responsibilities:Reception Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
HR Duties:
- Assist in recruitment processes (scheduling interviews, collecting resumes).
- Coordinate employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
- Assist with attendance tracking and leave management.
- Support in organizing employee engagement activities/events.
- Help prepare HR letters (offer letters, experience letters, etc.).
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR or Business preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in HR/Admin/Receptionist roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and handle office equipment (phones, printers, etc.).
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of HR policies and labor laws.
- Experience with HR software or HRMS is a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
