Job Summary:
The HR Data Analyst – CHRO Assistant supports the CHRO by combining data-driven HR insights with high-level administrative coordination. The role is responsible for analyzing HR metrics, preparing reports and dashboards, and assisting in strategic decision-making, while also managing executive-level tasks, communications, and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Data Analysis & Reporting

Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data

Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports

Provide actionable insights to support workforce planning and decision-making

Track KPIs and identify trends or risks within the organization

Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems
2. Strategic Support to CHRO

Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for executive meetings

Support HR strategy initiatives and transformation projects

Conduct research and benchmarking on HR best practices
3. Executive Assistance

Manage CHRO calendar, meetings, and priorities
-
Coordinate internal and external communications

Follow up on action items from meetings and ensure timely execution

Handle confidential information with discretion
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field

3–6 years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or executive support

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in Excel and HR systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)

Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
