HR Data Analyst – CHRO Assistant

Job Summary:

The HR Data Analyst – CHRO Assistant supports the CHRO by combining data-driven HR insights with high-level administrative coordination. The role is responsible for analyzing HR metrics, preparing reports and dashboards, and assisting in strategic decision-making, while also managing executive-level tasks, communications, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports
  • Provide actionable insights to support workforce planning and decision-making
  • Track KPIs and identify trends or risks within the organization
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems

2. Strategic Support to CHRO

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for executive meetings
  • Support HR strategy initiatives and transformation projects
  • Conduct research and benchmarking on HR best practices

3. Executive Assistance

  • Manage CHRO calendar, meetings, and priorities
  • Coordinate internal and external communications
  • Follow up on action items from meetings and ensure timely execution
  • Handle confidential information with discretion


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or executive support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Excel and HR systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
