HR Data & Compensation Associate ** Hybrid Role **

Overview:

Our client, a Medical Center facility under the aegis of a California Public Ivy university and one of largest health delivery systems in California, seeks an accomplished HR Data & Compensation Associate.

*** Duration: 25-week contract with the possibility of extension

Notes:

• Hybrid, in the office on Tuesdays and Thursday and remote for the remainder.

Description:

· HR Associate will be working to respond to employee inquiries regarding step/rate questions, research step placement issues, assist in audits, etc.

· Work is repetitive in terms of researching answers and responding to the employee.

· As such candidate will need to be able to actively research employee data from multiple sources including HRIS (PeopleSoft) and spreadsheets.

Qualifications:

· Candidates must have at least intermediate Excel skills, specifically, the ability to use PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas confidently.

· Should have compensation experience.

· Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and multi-tasking/attention to detail.

· Prior experience working in HR especially Compensation would be especially helpful.
