Overview
A well-known, high-profile company in Century City is looking for a detail-oriented and energetic HR Data Entry Specialist to support their HR/HRIS team. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role working primarily within the Workday system, entering and managing HR transactions on a daily basis. For the right person, this role has a clear path to convert into a full-time HRIS Analyst position. Key Responsibilities

Enter and process HR transactions into the Workday system, including job changes, new hires, cost center changes, time off requests, and supervisor changes

Manage and respond to requests coming through the HRIS inbox, supporting HR and Talent Acquisition teams

Support a large-scale project migrating legacy performance reviews from Word into Workday

Assist with data validation and auditing to ensure accuracy and integrity across HR records

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information

Collaborate closely with the HRIS Manager and team to support day-to-day operations
Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in data entry, HRIS support, or HR operations

Any HRIS system experience is acceptable; Workday experience is a strong plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Word

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Trustworthy and professional when handling confidential information

Energetic, proactive, and eager to grow within an HR/HRIS function

Bachelor's degree highly preferred
