ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:
The HR Data Lead is accountable for the quality, integrity, governance, and consistency of HR data across enterprise platforms, with primary ownership of Oracle Fusion HCM. The role serves as the central authority for HR data standards, definitions, validation controls, and remediation, ensuring data is reliable for reporting, analytics, regulatory compliance, and AI-driven workforce insights.
This position acts as a key bridge between HR/P&O, IT, CDAO, and Engineering teams, translating business requirements into robust data governance frameworks and controls. Responsibilities include stewardship of core HR data domains, management of critical data elements, implementation of data quality frameworks, oversight of data cleansing initiatives, and support for integrations, migrations, and audits.
The role enables a single source of truth for workforce data, supporting organizational growth, transformation initiatives, acquisitions, and advanced workforce analytics.

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
