At TEB, we are looking for an HR Data Management and BNPP Applications Assistant Manager with the following qualifications to work in Human Resources Data Management and multinational projects.

A degree in Engineering or Statistics is preferred

New graduate for supervisor role or min. 2 years of experience for Assistant Manager role

Knowledge of data preparation, data transformation, data modeling and data control

Analytical mindset and attention to detail
-
Ability to follow KVKK and GDPR legislation
-
Excellent command of English

Responsible, strong written and verbal communication skills

Has experience in project management, analysis, and testing processes
-
MSSQL, Oracle, Qlik, SAP BO and MS Office tools knowledge is a plus
-
Data management tools such as Informatica, ABInitio is a plus
Job Description

Ensuring compliance of data processing, transfer, and storage management and processes with relevant legislation and regulations
-
Conducting activities related to Data Integrity and Quality, and contributing to the promotion of the “Know Your Data (KYD)” culture within HR
-
Implementing and maintaining HR Metadata Management projects in line with the Bank’s strategies and applicable regulations (KVK, BRSA, and GDPR)

Ensuring that the HR data inventory is kept up to date, contributing to the preparation of related strategies and documentation, and feeding data into the Bank’s data inventory tool

Contributing to the implementation of projects outlined in the Bank’s Data Governance Roadmap in compliance with HR confidentiality principles, and reporting to the relevant committees

Ensuring business continuity for the discovery and governance of employees’ semi-structured and unstructured data, and implementing and maintaining relevant tools

Implementing, managing, and supporting BNP HR applications

Contributing to BNP Data Management applications, implementing projects in this context, and ensuring the maintenance of the data set
