Position Overview

We are looking for a HR & Digital Communications Manager – Solar to manage and strengthen our human resources operations while also overseeing our digital presence and online communications.

This role is ideal for candidates who have hands-on HR knowledge and are comfortable managing website updates, social media posting, basic content creation, and internal communication, along with core HR responsibilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for technical, site, and office staff
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, HR documentation, and compliance data
  • Support performance tracking, appraisals, and employee recognition initiatives
  • Coordinate with training institutions (ITI / skill centers) for OJT and internship programs
  • Promote a healthy work culture through employee engagement and wellness activities

Internal Coordination & Reporting

  • Prepare HR MIS, trackers, and internal reports
  • Support coordination between HR, projects, procurement, and operations teams
  • Maintain structured records related to manpower deployment and internal workflows

Digital Communications & Social Media

  • Manage Evergreen Solar’s digital presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and website
  • Create and post basic content related to solar projects, site activities, team highlights, and brand updates
  • Coordinate with design/marketing teams for campaigns and promotional activities
  • Monitor basic engagement metrics and support brand visibility initiatives

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Plan and execute team-building activities, recognition programs, and internal campaigns
  • Support initiatives that improve employee motivation, collaboration, and productivity
  • Act as a bridge between management and employees for smooth communication

Candidate RequirementsEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in HR/Admin/Digital roles (experience in solar, EPC, engineering, or technical sectors preferred)

Skills & Competencies

  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Canva / basic digital tools is an advantage
  • Good communication skills in English & Bengali
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proactive mindset with a positive and adaptable attitude
