Skills & Competencies
Good written and spoken English.
Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets, Canva, LinkedIn, and MS Office.
Able to draft professional mails, posts, and reports.
Basic understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation.
Able to design simple social-media posts, event flyers, and presentation slides.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills across departments.
Organized in maintaining data, trackers, and meeting action points.
Curious and willing to learn new tools, software, and creative methods quickly.

Key Responsibilities
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Maintain training records and skill matrix with department heads.
Support performance appraisal coordination and HR data updates.
Create and post social media content, event updates, and flyers using Canva.
Coordinate lead generation, CRM updates, and proposal follow-ups.
Maintain website and LinkedIn page, update testimonials and case studies.
Support meetings, BOS reviews, and office administration routines.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
