HR Director

VirtuCruit is working with a leading Saudi group to hire an HR Director for a new automotive platform in Riyadh.

Role Overview

The HR Director will build the organizations people strategy, managing talent acquisition, development, and employee engagement from inception.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish HR policies, frameworks, and compliance.
• Drive workforce planning and organizational design.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Build training, L&D, and career progression systems.
• Embed culture and values aligned with Vision 2030.

Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years in HR leadership.
• Proven success in setting up HR for new ventures.
• CIPD/SHRM certification preferred.
