Job Opportunity: HR Director

Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Director to be responsible for developing and executing the Human Resources strategy in alignment with the company’s overall business objectives. This role oversees all HR functions, ensures compliance with UAE labor laws, drives organizational development, and fosters a high-performance culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s vision and business goals
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior management on workforce planning and organizational structure
  • Lead change management initiatives and organizational development programs

HR Operations & Governance

  • Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding
  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and regulatory requirements
  • Develop, review, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Lead recruitment strategy for all levels, including senior management and specialized roles
  • Ensure effective manpower planning and succession planning
  • Establish employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
  • Performance Management & Compensation
  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems and KPIs
  • Develop competitive compensation, incentives, and bonus structures
  • Oversee salary reviews, promotions, and benefits administration

Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs and oversee leadership development programs
  • Promote continuous learning and professional development
  • Support career path planning and employee engagement initiatives
  • Employee Relations & Culture
  • Foster a positive, ethical, and inclusive workplace culture
  • Manage employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions
  • Lead engagement, retention, and wellness initiatives

HR Systems & Reporting

  • Oversee HR systems, data management, and reporting
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee records

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
  • Experience in real estate, development, or corporate group environments is an advantage
