Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy & Organizational Development

  • Develop and execute an HR strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Lead HR assessment, including compliance review, process evaluation, and risk identification
  • Create an executive HR roadmap with short-term and long-term recommendations
  • Oversee HR policy development, handbook updates, and governance framework

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Design recruitment strategy and hiring frameworks
  • Oversee job analysis, JD standardization, and FLSA/ADA compliance
  • Approve structured interview processes and competency frameworks
  • Develop sourcing strategy, referral programs, and workforce planning models
  • Oversee candidate pipeline and hiring quality standards

Employee Relations & Performance Management

  • Develop performance review systems, career paths, and succession planning
  • Lead employee engagement and retention strategy
  • Manage internal investigations and employee relations escalations
  • Oversee supervisor training and performance management systems
  • Design and implement employee satisfaction surveys

Benefits, Compliance & Risk Management

  • Oversee ACA, COBRA, ERISA, IRS, and CMS compliance requirements
  • Manage benefits strategy, open enrollment, and carrier relationships
  • Ensure OSHA, wage/hour, ADA, and labor law compliance
  • Oversee workers’ compensation, audits, and risk mitigation processes
  • Ensure confidentiality agreements and compliance documentation standards

Payroll, HRIS & Vendor Governance Oversight

  • Oversee ADP Workforce Now and payroll compliance processes
  • Supervise payroll reconciliation, reporting, and audit readiness
  • Oversee HRIS integrity and employee data governance
  • Manage vendor relationships, including ADP and benefits carriers
  • Lead escalation management for complex payroll and system issues

Employee Lifecycle Oversight

  • Oversee onboarding/offboarding frameworks and employee experience standards
  • Approve termination processes, exit protocols, and unemployment administration
  • Ensure structured onboarding programs and compliance documentation

Benefits & 401(k) Oversight

  • Oversee 401(k) governance, including enrollment, withdrawals, and distributions
  • Ensure benefits compliance and strategic alignment
  • Review audits, filings, and regulatory reporting requirements

Compliance, Audit & Reporting

  • Lead internal and external HR audits and compliance reviews
  • Ensure labor law compliance across all US operations
  • Oversee HR reporting dashboards, SLA adherence, and risk alerts
  • Maintain compliance calendar and leadership reporting cadence

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a senior HR escalation point for employees and leadership
  • Represent HR in executive and vendor meetings
  • Provide guidance to the HR Manager and ensure operational execution
  • Drive cross-functional HR alignment across departments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field

Experience:

  • 8–12+ years HR leadership experience in US operations

Skills:

  • Strong expertise in ADP Workforce Now, payroll, and benefits administration
  • Deep knowledge of US labor laws and compliance frameworks
  • Proven experience leading HR teams and scaling HR operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
