Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Director to lead human resources strategy, oversee talent management, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, deep HR expertise, and the ability to shape policies that empower employees and strengthen company culture.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business objectives.
• Talent Management: Lead recruitment, retention, and succession planning initiatives.
• Employee Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture and drive engagement programs.
• Performance Management: Oversee appraisal systems and ensure fair evaluation processes.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Leadership Development: Design training programs to build leadership capacity across the organization.
• Change Management: Support organizational transformation and manage workforce transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage HR functions in multinational or regional organizations.
