Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Human Resources Certification (SHRM or PHR) (Preferred)
  • 5-7 years as a multi-state/multi-unit HR Business Partner (Required)
  • Experience supporting, multi-state, multi-unit or retail environments
  • Proven ability to influence across levels and lead through change
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive decisions
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • High integrity and commitment to compliance and confidentiality
  • AI Proficiency
