key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

· Handle end-to-end recruitment for warehouse staff (pickers, packers, loaders, supervisors, etc.).

· Coordinate with agencies/vendors for manpower hiring.

· Conduct joining formalities, documentation, and induction for new employees.

2. Attendance & Payroll Management

· Maintain employee attendance records (biometric/manual).

· Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing.

· Handle salary-related queries and resolve discrepancies.

3. Employee Engagement & Welfare

· Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.

· Address employee grievances and provide timely resolutions.

· Ensure safe and healthy working conditions as per labour laws.

4. Performance & Discipline

· Track and review employee performance on a regular basis.

· Assist in performance appraisals and feedback sessions.

· Handle disciplinary actions, warning letters, and exit formalities.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).

· 0.5-2 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in warehouse / logistics / supply chain sector.

· Knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, payroll, and compliance.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Hindi/English/Local language).

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
