Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Support employee engagement and welfare activities to promote a positive work culture.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies.
  • Assist in performance management, employee onboarding, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR-related reports.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and line managers on HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR/Employee Relations within the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and HR practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
