Our client has a long-term contract position. (3-6 months)

Position’s main focus is to provide superior customer service with timely and accurate response to current and/or terminated Apex Internal employee questions and concerns about benefits, HR Policy, payroll, time entry, and basic corporate policies and practices.

General overview:

  • Timely and accurate response to telephone and email inquiries
  • Communication and coordination with employees, managers and supervisors regarding correction of errors and issues discovered, ensuring data integrity and adherence to corporate policy procedures and benefit plan documents.
  • Provide guidance and assistance as needed, continually providing superior customer service.
  • Provide forms and documentation as requested, prepare management reports as requested, and maintain files and records according to legal and corporate requirements, as well as other duties as they may be assigned.
  • Provide feedback to management and staff regarding trends in employee concerns and issues, as they are discovered and noted.
