The Team (This is a contract position 3 days per week in our Boston office)
The HR Equity Compensation Analyst assists with the ongoing administration of the Company’s Equity Incentive Plan (“EIP”) and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (“ESPP”), including end-to-end processes for these plans. The incumbent reviews and maintains external and internal databases within Oracle, Fusion, and E*TRADE’s Equity Edge Online and periodically reconciles complex program information. The incumbent keeps up-to-date on equity and ESPP-related updates and suggested best practices provided by external stock plan organizations such as the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, Global Equity Organization, etc.
