HR Exe - Khar west

• We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of HR processes, and hands-on experience in managing day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1) PT, ESIC & EPF Compliances knowledge

2) Statutory Compliances with Labour Laws.(Onboard & Exit Formalities)

3) Salary Structure

4) Maintain Attendance

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or a related HR role.
• Excellent l communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
