Job Overview

CodeXel is seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive (Junior Level) to support day-to-day HR operations in a dynamic software house environment. You will be responsible for employee attendance, leave management, recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, LinkedIn company branding, and assisting with performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing company HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain and update attendance, scheduling, and leave records
  • Support the hiring process (job posting, screening calls, scheduling interviews, onboarding)
  • Manage and grow the company’s LinkedIn presence for branding & recruitment
  • Track employee daily performance and maintain HR documentation
  • Help foster a positive office culture through communication & coordination
  • Organize and manage HR files, employee data, and relevant documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of HR experience (Fresh graduates with strong skills can apply)
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR tools/software (plus point)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced software house environment

Benefits
