- Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Handle employee induction, training coordination, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases (attendance, leaves, performance, etc.).
- Assist in payroll preparation and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
- Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
- Draft HR letters, policies, and maintain proper documentation.
- Provide day-to-day support to employees and management on HR-related queries.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR roles
- Strong knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
