FIND_THE_RIGHTJOB.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Handle employee induction, training coordination, and documentation.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases (attendance, leaves, performance, etc.).
  • Assist in payroll preparation and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
  • Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
  • Draft HR letters, policies, and maintain proper documentation.
  • Provide day-to-day support to employees and management on HR-related queries.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR roles
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
