- Graduate / Post-Graduate in HR, Business Administration,
- 1–3 years of experience in HR
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, selection).
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
- Assist in payroll preparation and salary processing.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
- Support in disciplinary actions and documentation.
- Organize employee engagement activities.
- Identify training needs in consultation with managers.
- Organize training sessions and workshops.
- Maintain training records and feedback.
- Maintain employee personal files and HR database.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review.
- Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Liaise with external agencies and government bodies when required.
- Maintain statutory records and documentation.
