1. Recruitment & Onboarding
* Job posting and candidate sourcing (Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals).
* Screening, interviewing, and coordinating with department heads.
* Issuing offer letters and onboarding new hires.
2. Organisation Compliance
* Ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act).
* Maintaining employee records for audits.
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
* Organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
* Handling grievances, disputes, and feedback.- Infrastructure/ benefits welfare related suggestions to create a positive work space
* Building a positive work culture.
4. Performance Management
* Assisting in setting KRAs/KPIs.
* Facilitating appraisal processes (quarterly/bi-annual/annual).
* Documenting performance reviews and improvements.
5. Training & Development
* Identifying skill gaps and coordinating training programs.
* On-the-job training, soft skills development, and leadership training.
6. HR Policy & Documentation
* Drafting/updating HR policies, code of conduct, leave policies.
* Maintaining employee handbook and internal communication.
7. Exit Management
* Handling resignations, exit interviews, and final settlements.
* Ensuring proper knowledge transfer and documentation

Eligibility Criteria:
* Candidate should be good with communication skills
* Candidate with recruitment experience will be an advantage.
- Any degree preferred
Job experience: 0 - 2 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
