Job Title: HR Executive - FMCG Manufacturing Unit

Location: Salal - Sonasan Road, Prantij, Sabarkantha - Gujarat 383210

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding & employee engagement.
• Address employee concerns & maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist in performance evaluations & training programs.
• Ensure HR policies align with labor laws.
• Support payroll, benefits, and attendance management.
• Maintain employee records & HR documentation

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 2+ years HR experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws & HR software.
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
