HR Executive

About Us

At Decormartstudio, we design homes that tell stories. As a growing interior design firm, we blend creativity with functionality to create aesthetically pleasing and highly livable spaces. We’re now looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive to support our people and culture as we scale.

Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for design, project, admin, and support roles
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with department heads
• Post job openings on relevant portals and maintain applicant databases

HR Operations & Administration

• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and handle onboarding formalities
• Maintain employee records and databases
• Handle attendance, leaves, and daily HR reporting

Employee Engagement

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities (birthdays, team events, feedback drives)
• Maintain a positive work environment and support team morale

Compliance & Policies

• Ensure documentation and compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, etc.)
• Support in updating HR policies and SOPs
• Handle basic grievance and conflict resolution

Key Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BBA/BA/B.Com); MBA in HR preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in HR/recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with HRMS, Excel, and basic payroll/statutory knowledge
• Prior experience in a design, architecture, or creative firm is a plus.
