Job Description:HR Recruiter

Location- Bangalore(Whitefield)

Experience- 1 Yr- 2 Yrs

Key Responsibilities:

  • -Understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
  • -Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • -Screen resumes to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • -Schedule and conduct interviews with potential hires.
  • -Collaborate with hiring managers to determine selection criteria and make hiring decisions.
  • -Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • -Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • -Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • -Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment workflows.
  • -Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and professional networks.

Required Qualifications:

  • -Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • -0.5 yrs to 2 yrs of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • -Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools.
  • -Experience in IT/Non-IT requirements.
  • -Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment platforms.
  • -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • -Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
