HR Executive – Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning and job descriptions.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and ensure completion of joining formalities.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Support in implementing employee engagement activities and cultural programs.
  • Ensure smooth communication between management and staff.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, database, personal files).
  • Prepare HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, experience, and exit letters).
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Labour laws, etc.).
  • Support payroll inputs and verify attendance/leave records for salary processing.

Performance & Training

  • Assist in performance appraisal process and maintain evaluation records.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions/workshops.

Policy Implementation & Administration

  • Implement and enforce HR policies, rules, and procedures across the organization.
  • Monitor discipline, punctuality, and adherence to organizational values.
  • Assist management in formulating HR strategies for business growth.

Exit & Full & Final Settlement

  • Manage resignation, exit interviews, clearance, and full & final settlements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
