Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our HR operations. The role includes managing recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and ensuring smooth HR processes aligned with company culture and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and on-boarding
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave data
• Prepare HR documentation including offer letters, contracts, and appraisal reports
• Handle on-boarding, induction, and exit processes
• Assist in organising employee engagement activities and internal communications
• Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with the accounts team
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Handle employee queries and grievances professionally
• Assist in performance management and training coordination
• Maintain HR reports and dashboards

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field
• 1–3 years of experience in HR (preferably in media or creative industries)
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Discreet, trustworthy, and a team player
