We’re Hiring: HR Executive (IT Background Only | 1–2 Years Exp)

We’re looking for a passionate HR Executive (only from IT sector or background ) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in HR operations and a strong interest in people management.

Salary - 25K to 30K

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling IT interviews).
• Maintain employee records and documentation.
• Assist in onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
• Support payroll and attendance management.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in HR (generalist/recruitment/operations).
• Must have prior experience in the IT sector / IT recruitment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HR software/tools will be a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Management or related field.
