About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team at [Company Name], a leading manufacturing organization. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, supporting workforce engagement, and driving HR initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate roles, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.
- Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and local employment exchanges.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, motivation, and retention.
- Support resolution of workplace conflicts in line with company policies.
3. HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRMS and personnel files.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination with the finance team.
- Ensure proper handling of disciplinary actions, warnings, and exit formalities.
4. Compliance & Statutory Requirements
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory act, ESI, PF, gratuity, minimum wages, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle audits, inspections, and liaise with government authorities as needed.
- Prepare HR-related MIS reports and dashboards for management.
5. Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training programs.
- Support performance appraisal processes and competency development initiatives.
6. Health, Safety & Welfare
- Coordinate health, safety, and welfare activities in alignment with company policies and statutory norms.
- Collaborate with the EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) team to promote a safe workplace.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial setup.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
